Sports Frenzy!

Oliver has been quite the active little man these days. He's been taking swimming lessons for about a month and half, and today we started a junior sports class through the city. In this class, Oliver will get exposure to a variety of sports, including soccer, baseball, and basketball.

I wasn't sure how to expect Oliver to react trying something completely new and being in a setting where he is taking direction from his "coach", but he jumped right in like this was old news. He listened to directions, jumping the gun a little sometimes, out of excitement. He played with the other boys and girls and wasn't afraid to try something he had never done before. I was very proud of him for being adventurous and carefree in his first exposure to the world of athletics.

Henry might have been a little confused about whose class we were attending. He hi-jacked a soccer ball or two and even tried to crawl into the ball bag at one point. But he, along with his brother, had a blast, which makes this mommy very happy.
